The client, or buyer, is permitted to use any art that they commission for personal use with clear credit to me for said artwork, such as icons, banners, wallpapers, etc.

I hold the right to use any commissioned art as examples of my artwork or as part of my portfolio. I do not have the right to redistribute it for profit, such as selling merch.

The client is not permitted to edit the art outside of cropping it for icons, banners, and the like.

The client is not permitted to redistribute the artwork without my explicit and written consent.

The client is not permitted to use my art for NFTs — non-fungible tokens, cryptocurrency, AI training or anything among those lines.

I will post the finished commission on my social media unless told not to.

I retain the right to refuse any client or commission, regardless if it is on the list of topics I won't draw.

Turnaround time can range from two to three weeks. I will give updates if asked, and I will notify the client if it takes longer.

Currently, I only take Paypal. I only take payment in USD as well.

For orders under $30, I will take payment after I finish work. Once I finish, I will send a zoomed out, watermarked image to the client to prove it was completed. Once I am paid, I will send the full image.

However, for orders that cost $30 and more, I ask to be paid half of the money after I finish the sketch. When I finish, I will send a zoomed out, watermarked image to the client to prove it was completed. Once I am paid the rest of the money, I will send the full image.

The sketch phase is the only phase in which I take free revisions. Any changes (outside of color changes) that are made during and after the lineart phase cost $2, though any adjustments I make on my own or due to my own negligence are free.

I require a full reference image of the character(s) the client wishes for me to draw; I do not do well with simply written descriptions. The client must not generate a reference with AI.
